Job summary

Priority Recruitment seeks an experienced Female Support Worker to assist a young boy with brain injury and epilepsy in his Liverpool home. The role is 3:1 care with a morning schedule (9am-12pm) and potential future expansion, requiring a full UK driving licence and ability to drive a WAV.

The position offers above market pay (£15.00 PAYE + holiday pay) and a development programme, plus access to free online courses and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with adults with complex conditions (e.g. brain injury, epilepsy)
• Experience in brain injury rehabilitation would be desirable
• Must hold a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and be confident to drive a WAV
• Experience working with wider teams including MDTs, therapists and psychologists

Responsibilities

• Support a young boy with brain injury and epilepsy at home
• Provide 3:1 care, assist with rehabilitation and therapy teams
• Assist with appointments, social activities and daily routines
