Ad Warrior Ltd in Kendal, Cumbria, is seeking a Female Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker to join a devoted care team. You will support Hannah, a lady in her 30s with brain injury, in daily living, activities, and personal care at home.

The role offers flexible hours, the ability to accompany on short breaks and holidays, and driving Hannah's vehicle with a full clean UK driving licence. A positive, respectful approach and safeguarding boundaries are essential.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivational skills to lift Hannah's mood.
• Creative thinking to identify suitable hobbies and risk assess activities.
• Experience with brain injury is helpful, training provided.
• Full, clean, manual UK driving licence and willingness to drive Hannah's vehicle.

Mansioni

• Support Hannah with activities of daily living including personal care, domestic tasks, meals, mobility and scheduling.
• Encourage and enable Hannah to pursue hobbies and social activities within her care plan.
• Assist with driving to appointments and outings as required.
