OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Complex Care in Bedfordshire. You will support three clients at home, assisting with daily living, community activities and therapy sessions to promote independence and quality of life.
The role requires a valid UK manual driving license and willingness to work across days, waking nights and sleep-ins. Full-time hours offered after probation. Excellent pay and opportunities for development.
Salary: GBP14 - GBP22 per annum

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will support clients with daily living, community activities, and their therapy sessions, ensuring they feel safe, encouraged, and able to participate fully.
We are looking for outgoing, motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers who want to make a positive difference and are confident working with complex needs.
We are a small, supported living service providing personalised, high-quality care to three clients, two males and one female. Our clients enjoy accessing the community, swimming, hydrotherapy, therapy sessions, and regular days out, and we are committed to supporting them to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
