Job summary

Innovate Care Group is seeking a skilled Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support an adult client with multiple, complex cognitive and physical medical needs in a home setting near Beaconsfield. You will provide 24/7 care, monitoring, personal care, and assist with eating, drinking, and daily activities, with non-verbal communication and seizure management.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex neurological care and seizure management

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 care in a home setting for a client with complex medical needs
• Assist with personal care, eating and drinking, and daily routines
• Support speech and language, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy as needed
• Respond calmly to emergencies and manage seizures as part of care
• Maintain patient dignity, safety and well‑being in a calm environment
