Job summary

Innovate Care Group in Beaconsfield is seeking a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support an adult client with multiple, complex cognitive and physical medical needs. You will provide consistent, in‑home care, monitor safety, assist with eating and drinking, personal care, and help maintain routine and dignity.

The role requires at least 12 months’ complex homecare experience, specialised neurological care, seizure management, and the ability to interpret non‑verbal cues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ complex homecare experience.
• Experience in complex neurological care including seizure management, TBI rehabilitation, delayed processing and close monitoring.
• Ability to interpret and respond to non‑verbal cues.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle. Female carer required due to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 24/7 in‑home care for an adult client with complex needs.
• Assist with personal care, eating and drinking, and daily routines.
• Monitor health status, respond to emergencies, and follow care plans.
• Support communication and facilitate meaningful interaction with the client.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and dignified home environment.
