Job summary

Innovate Care Group is seeking a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support an adult client with multiple, complex needs in a home setting. You will provide 24/7 care, assist with personal care, eating and drinking, and manage seizures under clinical guidance.

Experience in complex neurological care including TBI rehabilitation and dysphagia is advantageous. A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred, and a compassionate, patient approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ complex homecare experience.
• Previous experience in complex neurological care including seizure management, TBI rehabilitation, delayed processing and close monitoring.
• Ability to interpret and respond to non‑verbal cues.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 24/7 care within a home setting, including monitoring and personal care.
• Administer medications and manage seizures as part of a care plan.
• Support eating, drinking, and oral suctioning as required.
• Communicate with the care team and carers to maintain safety and dignity.
