Looking to use your care and compassion where it counts? We’re recruiting Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people who need tailored, person-centred support—both in the classroom and beyond.

The role
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). That might mean helping with communication, mobility, sensory needs, or daily tasks. It’s hands-on and heart-led—built around care, trust, and positive relationships.

What you'll be doing

Supporting pupils to engage in everyday tasks and learning activities

Assisting with personal care needs (where appropriate)

Following personalised care and education plans

Helping with communication, mobility, and social interaction

Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience with SEND, particularly complex needs
