Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Complex Needs Support Worker for schools in Sefton, Liverpool to support pupils aged 3-19 with autism, PMLD, SEMH and other needs in small class settings. You'll provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with personal care and communication, and work with teachers and therapists to deliver person-centred care.

You should have SEND experience, a calm, empathetic approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

Complex Needs Support Worker - Schools

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people with complex needs? We're looking for a compassionate, resilient school Support Worker to join a specialist school team in Sefton, Liverpool supporting pupils aged 3-19 in small, nurturing class settings.

Children and young people with a wide range of needs including autism, PMLD, SEMH, sensory processing differences, and communication challenges. Every day is different—and every child deserves someone who sees their potential.

The Role
