Milk Education is seeking a Complex Needs Support Worker for schools in Sefton, Liverpool to support pupils aged 3-19 with autism, PMLD, SEMH and other needs in small class settings. You'll provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with personal care and communication, and work with teachers and therapists to deliver person-centred care.
You should have SEND experience, a calm, empathetic approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding.
