Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd in Nottingham is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs within a specialist residential service. You will deliver person-centred care and support daily living activities on a rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

The role requires handling behaviour support plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, and keeping thorough records to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in UK adult social care.
• Experience supporting autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
• Right to work in the UK.

About The Role

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service in Nottingham supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are confident supporting individuals with complex needs and who understand the importance of delivering consistent, person-centred care.

This is a full-time role working a mixture of day and night shifts on a rolling rota.

Main Duties

Requirements

Essential

• At least 12 months' experience working within adult social care in the UK
• Experience supporting individuals with:
  • Autism
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Mental Health Needs
  • Behaviours of Concern
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both day and night shifts
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
• Residential care experience
• Full UK driving licence

Hours

• Permanent full-time contract
• Average 42 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
• 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am
• Includes weekends and bank holidays
