Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Llanelli are recruiting Complex Needs Support Assistants to support pupils aged 3-19 with additional learning needs in a specialist educational setting. The role involves 1:1 and small-group classroom support, promoting communication and independence, and assisting with sensory and outdoor activities.

The position starts September 2026, with hours 8:30am–3:30pm, term-time only, paid at £14.25 per hour, and requires Enhanced DBS and EWC registration.

We are recruiting Complex Needs Support Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Llanelli, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, physical disabilities and complex medical needs.
