First Option Healthcare is currently recruiting a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with a 13-year-old boy at home, providing complex care and supporting family needs.

The role requires experience with seizures, VNS, enteral feeding, suctioning, and catheter care. We offer weekly payments, a £250 referral fee, a 3-month rolling rota, and in-house training.

Formación

• Experience caring for a young patient in home settings.
• Ability to manage complex medical equipment and medications.
• Reliable, compassionate and able to work with families.

Responsabilidades

• Use complex equipment and perform care procedures.
• Support the patient at home and attend medical appointments.
• Build rapport with family and follow care plans.
• Escalate changes to clinical leads promptly.
