A2Dominion Group is seeking a proactive Complex Case Manager to join our Repairs Resolution team in the UK. You will own a varied caseload of complex repairs issues, act as the main point of contact for residents, and coordinate resolution across contractors and internal teams.

You'll investigate complaints, drive fair outcomes, and support vulnerable residents while maintaining accurate case records. The role offers hybrid working with 3 office days and 2 days from home, and a strong focus on

Formación

• Educated to GCSE level (Maths and English).
• Experience managing complex customer cases within housing or repairs.
• Knowledge of housing legislation.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with housing management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex repair cases through to resolution.
• Be main point of contact for residents with regular updates.
• Investigate complaints and deliver timely, fair outcomes.
• Build relationships with residents, contractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate case reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare responses for external bodies such as the Housing Ombudsman.
• Maintain accurate case records and management information.
• Support vulnerable residents and signpost services.
• Ensure empathy, professionalism and care in all interactions.
