Claimont Health is seeking a Team Coordinator to support a team of Complex Care Support Workers delivering in clients' own homes in the Sussex area. You will line-manage staff, provide training and conduct regular 1-1s and appraisals, with immediate availability and ability to work varied shifts.

The role requires proven management and complex care experience, including tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, medications and oxygen therapy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Senior Support Worker in complex care.
• Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
• Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the team of Support Workers and provide guidance and support.
• Conduct regular 1-1s and staff appraisals; provide advice and training.
• Support clients with complex care needs in their own homes.
• Travel across packages in the Sussex area to cover shifts.
