Empowering U Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker in Stourbridge (DY8) to provide compassionate, person-centred care to a young woman in her home and the community. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and promoting independence, with the team ensuring health and wellbeing.

The position supports diverse needs, including epilepsy and mobility, with duties ranging from medication administration to driving clients to appointments when required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in a care role.
• Experience supporting people with complex health needs (desirable).
• Caring, patient, and reliable approach.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills for electronic care records.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Responsibilities
