Claimont Health in Ipswich seeks a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker with at least 1 year of experience, to support clients with spinal injury and other conditions in the community and home settings.
The role is part-time with hours Mon-Wed and alternate Saturdays. You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car to travel between service users, and you will work under Safeguarding and DBS guidance.
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Worker who has worked with a range of conditions including Spinal injury. If you have experience with supporting young adults with Spinal Injury and we would like to hear from you.
We have a clients requiring support in the Ipswich area. This is a part time position.
You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community, as part of their personal development and progression.
