Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in South Wales is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a gentleman in his late 50s with brain injury, PEG feeding, tracheostomy support and managing behaviours, with a home in a bungalow after discharge.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Pay is £17.01–£18.71 per hour depending on shifts, with 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am rosters; training is available for PEG and tracheostomy tasks.

• Experience in complex care with ability to manage challenging behaviours.

• PEG and Tracheostomy experience desirable; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client's condition.
