Job summary

Marva is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide home-based clinical care for adults and children with complex health needs in the community.

You will deliver high-quality care (PEG feeding, tracheostomy, ventilator management), support daily living skills, and maintain digital care plans while collaborating with families and MDTs. This role requires a UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (adults or children).
• Competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and ventilator management.
• Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
• Excellent communication with a calm, resilient and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, spinal injury support, cough assist and oxygen therapy.
• Support daily living skills to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate digital care plans, risk assessments and incident reports.
• Collaborate with families, carers and MDTs to ensure safe, effective care.

Essential Requirements for this Care Job

To be successful in thissupport worker role, you will need:

Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker

• Working collaboratively withfamilies, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs)to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.
