Job summary

Sense is recruiting a Complex Care Support Worker for our residential team at Monks Dyke Road, Louth. You will support seven individuals with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss, helping them access daily activities, communities and new experiences, with a focus on safety, dignity and choice.

We offer permanent roles with flexible hours (7–30 hours per week) and a pay rate of £13.00 per hour. Training is provided, and a driving licence is desirable for this role to support travel for

Could you help someone live a life without limits?

Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our residential team at Monks Dyke Road in Louth, supporting seven people with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss to live fulfilled lives with new experiences, choices, and inclusive opportunities.

This is a permanent role with flexible hours available from 7 to 30 hours per week, paying £13.00 per hour. Shift patterns can be discussed at interview. Full training will be provided; what matters most is the right values and attitude.

A driving licence is desirable for this role. Please note: if you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle for early and late shifts as public transport in the area is very limited.
