Job summary

Marva Group is seeking experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting an individual with significant complex care needs.

The role involves managing tracheostomy and airway needs, gastrostomy support, epilepsy management, and full moving and handling alongside personal care and daily assistance. Training will be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Previous complex care experience is desirable; experience with tracheostomy, PEG/gastrostomy, epilepsy and moving & handling preferred.

Job description

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting an individual with significant complex care needs.

The individual has severe cerebral palsy, developmental delay, chronic lung disease, tracheostomy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy. They are non-verbal, nil by mouth and require full moving and handling support, including wheelchair and P-Pod chair use.
