Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care South Cotswolds is expanding its Complex Care Team in Tetbury. We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse to join our South Cotswold's branch, covering Gloucestershire with travel. The role provides clinical leadership and hands-on nursing in clients' homes.

The successful candidate will have an active NMC PIN, experience in complex care, and a passion for person‑centred care. The role offers a balanced Mon-Fri schedule with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in complex care (hospital or community).
• Desirable: teaching/mentoring experience or service-development leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, reviews and risk evaluations.
• Lead clinical decision‑making and support colleagues.
• Train and assess care staff in specialist tasks (e.g. tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management).
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Support quality governance and continuous improvement.
• Help grow and enhance our clinical offering across Gloucestershire.

What You’ll Do

You’ll ensure clients receive exceptional, safe, person‑centred care in their own homes. Key responsibilities include:

• Completing clinical assessments, reviews, and risk evaluations
• Leading clinical decision‑making and supporting colleagues
