Responsibilities

• Support students in small groups or 1:1 in classrooms, workshops, or community settings.
• Assist students in achieving qualifications from Entry Level 1 to Level 6, including Functional Skills and GCSE English and Maths.
• Collaborate with staff and professionals to ensure student welfare and progress.

• Hours per week: 35
• Weeks per year: 38
• Salary: £17,756
• Holiday payment: £2,573

We seek a highly motivated Complex Care Learning Support Practitioner to support students with Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

• Experience with PMLD, including:
• Global Development Delay
• Epilepsy
• Cerebral Palsy
• Rare Diseases
• Sensory Impairments

Key Skills & Qualities

• Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential
