As aComplex Care Learning Support Practitioner, you will:
Support students inEntry Level 1 to Level 2 programmes, including Functional Skills and GCSE English and Maths.
Provide1:1 and small-group supportin a classroom, workshop, or community setting.
Work closely with staff and other professionals to ensure students' welfare and progress.

Salary:£17,756

Experience in supporting individuals withcomplex health care needs.

We are seeking to appoint ahighly motivated and enthusiasticComplex Care Learning Support Practitionerto support our students withProfound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
Apassion for supporting studentswith complex and high-level needs.
Experience working with individuals withPMLD, including:
Global Development Delay
Epilepsy
Cerebral Palsy
Rare Diseases
Sensory Impairments
Strongcommunication skillsto effectively engage with students and staff.
An understanding ofbehaviour managementstrategies.
A passion forinspiring studentsto be active in their learning.
The ability towork well under pressurein a dynamic environment.
A background inspecial education needs (SEN)isdesirablebut not essential.
