Are you passionate about supporting children with autism and special educational needs? We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist autism school in Chelmsford.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have experience working with autistic children and SEN learners.
Be confident in leading small group sessions and supporting individual student needs.
Have strong communication and classroom management skills.
Be adaptable, patient, and proactive in a dynamic school environment.
Be willing to support students with personal care and physical needs when required.
