Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Fetcham is seeking a kind and patient carer to support a child with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay. You will deliver care in line with the individual care plan, including tracheostomy management, care of the ventilated child, daily suctioning and gastrostomy care, with supervision from the London branch.

We value compassionate, reliable team players who can work across shifts and attend regular supervisions and team meetings to ensure high standards of care

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care settings.
• Experience with tracheostomy and gastrostomy care.
• Experience caring for ventilated children.
• Competent in suctioning and catheter care.
• A valid driver's license is required due to location.
