Job summary

CCH is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client at home in Northfleet. You will manage complex clinical needs, monitor health, and use patient communication methods to improve quality of life.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have experience with tracheostomy and ventilation. Training is provided, with DBS paid for and opportunities for career progression. A vehicle is required due to location.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation.
• Desirable: PEG Feeding, Suctioning, Catheter Care, Bowel Management (Manual Evacuation), Medication Administration, Moving & Handling Equipment, Communication Skills For Non-Verbal Clients.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult client in their home and manage a range of complex clinical needs.
• Assist with regular monitoring and ensure empathy, patience and reliability as a team player.
