Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client in their home in Northfleet. This role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention, requiring a reliable team player with empathy and adaptability.

The client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze communication, so you will help explore and support alternative communication methods to improve quality of life and independence.

Qualifications

• Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying:
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation
• The below experience would be desirable:
• PEG Feeding
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
• Communication Skills For Non-Verbal Clients

Responsibilities

• Support an adult client in their home with complex clinical needs and regular monitoring.
• Assist in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods for non-verbal clients to enhance quality of life.
