Job summary

Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistants in East Malling, United Kingdom, to support a gentleman with complex care needs. The role involves complex tasks including suctioning, enteral feeding, PEG medication administration, tracheostomy care, and respiratory support.

You will work shifts covering Days, Twilight, and Nights (7-7), with extensive training and ongoing clinical support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Full Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in Tracheotomy care.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure person-centred care.
• Be an advocate for the client and work in their best interest and in line with Superior Healthcare policies.
