Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a dedicated care worker in Birmingham to provide full daily living support for a young person with complex health needs. You will assist with personal care, meals, and routines while ensuring safety and a calm environment.

Experience with epilepsy and seizure management is desirable. A caring, patient attitude and a drive to promote independence are essential to support the family and engage in activities the client enjoys.

Qualificações

• Experience working with epilepsy and seizure management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full daily living support for a young person with complex health needs.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing and continence management.
• Monitor seizure activity, identify triggers and follow safety protocols.
