Job summary

Advantage Healthcare in Brighton is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a young wheelchair‑bound student with spinal muscular atrophy. You will receive full training and clinical support, including PEG feed management, medication administration and moving and handling equipment.

No prior complex care experience is required, but a care background is highly advantageous. We offer free DBS, paid induction, and clear career progression within CCH/Advantage Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Background in care is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with PEG feeding, medication administration or moving and handling equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Join us as a Complex Care Assistant in Brighton, with full training and clinical support in PEG feeding, medication administration and mobility equipment.
• Support a young, wheelchair‑bound student with spinal muscular atrophy, including overnight care responsibilities.
