Job summary

Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant young girl at school and in her family home. She lives with her parents, older sister, and their friendly dog.

With full training provided, you’ll have the chance to build specialist skills in areas like tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, all while making a genuine difference in her daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience in tracheostomy care is desirable.
• Intermittent catheter care, PEG feeding, suction, cough assist, sensory loss, and bladder and bowel care would also be desirable.
• No experience necessary and full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support a vibrant young girl at school and in her family home to maintain independence, dignity and self-worth.
• Build specialist skills during care, including tracheostomy care, ventilation and seizure management.
• Deliver compassionate care to improve daily life for the client and family.
