Job description

EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Norwich (Taverham) area.

Complex Care Opportunity

Training opportunities available for the right person.

Note: You may be required to drive for this role due to the location.

Working Hours
  • Days of work: Monday - Sunday
  • Nights: 7.00 pm - 7.30 am
Hourly Rate

Monday – Friday nights: £14.18 per hour

About the Client

The client has a history of a spinal stroke, requiring specific medical support such as NG tube drainage, Jejunostomy tube feeding, scoliosis management, and BiPAP for breathing support. The client enjoys social activities, TV, gaming, baking, outings, and football.

Role Requirements

We are seeking compassionate, reliable carers with a positive attitude and a great personality. Experience in complex care is preferred but training will be provided. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Bowel suppository insertion
  • Pressure area care
  • Driving due to location
