Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, seeks a dedicated carer to join a complex care team in Lingfield. You’ll support a child with complex needs at home and at school, under a registered nurse, delivering tracheostomy, ventilation and gastrostomy care.

You will work alongside a nurse, with regular supervision, training and opportunities for career progression within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting.
• Experience in moving and handling.
• Experience in tracheostomy & gastrostomy care.
• Experience of looking after a ventilated child.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Join a dedicated care team supporting a child with complex needs at home and at school.
• Deliver care alongside a registered nurse, supporting access to education.
• Care includes tracheostomy, ventilation and gastrostomy care, daily living tasks and engaging activities.
