Advantage Healthcare is seeking a Children's Complex Care Assistant to support a child with neurological development delays and non verbal communication. Full training and clinical support are provided, with night and afternoon shifts (3 pm - 9 pm and 9 pm - 7 am).

The role involves managing medications, PEG feeding, and preventing self-harm while enabling activities at home and in the garden. Experience with children is beneficial; we value a social, outgoing person who can build rapport.
