Job summary

Servoca Plc is recruiting Care Assistants to provide complex care in Sudbury, Suffolk. You will support clients at home with daily living, meals, medications, and essential clinical tasks while promoting independence.

The role requires flexibility in shifts and offers rewarding pay, with full training and ongoing support. Weekly pay, referral bonuses, and a range of benefits are provided; a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ UK care experience.
• Previous complex care experience (e.g. Spinal Injury).
• A full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living support
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
• Administering medication (training provided)
• Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care
• Offering companionship and emotional support
