Job summary

Servoca Plc is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to work in the Clacton-on-Sea area, Essex and surrounding areas. The role focuses on supporting clients with complex long-term conditions to live independently at home with tailored care.

Typical duties include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance (training provided) and companionship. Driving licence is preferred, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Weekly pay and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months’ UK care experience or more.
• Experience with complex care scenarios (e.g., spinal injury) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills.

Job Title: Complex Care Assistant - Clacton-on-Sea, Essex and surrounding areas

Pay Rates: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (package dependent)

Hours of work: 8-12 hour shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for Care Assistants surrounding the Clacton-on-Sea area, Essex to provide complex care and support tailored to our clients in the area. You’ll make a real difference by helping people retain independence while receiving the specialist care they need.

About You

Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
• Administering medication (training provided)
• Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care
• Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months’ UK care experience
• Previous complex care experience (e.g. Spinal Injury)
• A full UK Driving Licence preferred
• A caring, compassionate attitude and good level of English
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
