Job summary

OneCall24Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support an elderly gentleman at home in Hedge End, Hampshire. You will assist with daily living, monitor health, and ensure comfort and safety, while working closely with the family to provide person-centred care.

Role includes following an established epilepsy care plan, recognising seizures and administering prescribed emergency medication when needed. Must be a driver with a full UK license.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver with a full UK license.
• Experience with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and promote dignity and independence.
• Monitor health and well-being and ensure comfort and safety.
• Follow epilepsy care plan, recognise seizures and administer emergency medication as needed.
• Work with family to provide consistent, person-centred care.
