City & County Healthcare Group, through Complete Care Amegreen, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client at home in Leighton Buzzard. You will help with their medical and social well-being, including pets and activities, while building strong relationships and delivering high-quality care.

Full Nurse-led training, ongoing clinical support, and career development opportunities are provided; a full UK driving licence is essential to drive the client's car to

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• No complex care experience needed; nurse-led training provided.
• Compassionate, proactive approach to home-based complex care.

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy and ventilation care as part of daily support.
• Assist with personal care, meal and drink preparation.
• Shop, light cleaning and laundry, and accompany client to appointments.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Complex Care Assistant to support our client in their home in Leighton Buzzard. This is a fulfilling role where you will support our client'smedical and social well-being. Our client has pet cats, loves gardening and loves chatting with her carers. We are looking for someonewho values building strong relationships and providing high-quality and attentive care.

The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting her independence and enhancing her quality of life.

Key duties with this role include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilatorsupport
• Personal care
• Meal and drink prep
• Shopping
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Taking the client to appointments and visits

Qualifications

What you'll need

You do not need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full Nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, catheter care - and much more.

A full UK driving licence is required in this role in order to drive the clients car to appointments and days out.
