Job summary

Care By Us Ltd is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting. The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching films, and engaging in conversation with staff.

No care experience is required; full nurse-led training is provided. Key responsibilities include moving and handling, personal care, administering medication, and supporting daily routines.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.

The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
