Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a compassionate care professional to support a young client with Pallister-Killian syndrome in their family home. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, helping him access the community and enjoy activities such as bowling, coffee shop visits, walks, music, and cinema.

• Previous Complex Care experience is beneficial for this role.
• You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills.

• Ventilator management (Bi-Pap & Oxygen Dependent).
• Administering medication via nasogastric tube.

What you’ll do

Working in our client’s family home, you will make a genuine difference by delivering high-quality care and support in a varied and rewarding role. You will support him to access the community and live a fulfilling life, enjoying activities such as bowling, visiting coffee shops, going for walks, listening to music, and watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

We are seeking a care professional who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift. You will value building meaningful relationships and delivering attentive, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsive, observant, proactive, reassuring, and calm in their approach.

The client is a young gentleman with Pallister-Killian syndrome, where multiple clinical intervention need to be met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ventilator management (Bi-Pap & Oxygen Dependent)
• Administering medication via nasogastric tube
• Personal care
• Manual handling (Hoist & Wheelchair)
• Seizure management (Epilepsy)

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support to develop and strengthen your skills in complex care.

Qualifications
