Job summary

Airmid Staffing Ltd is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to support a compassionate 3‑year‑old child with complex care needs at home in Margate, Kent. This night shift runs 22:00–07:00 on Wednesdays with weekly pay either PAYE or Umbrella.

We welcome compassionate, experienced carers who are dedicated to helping children thrive in a familiar home setting. Applicants should have at least 6 months’ experience with disabilities, Basic Life Support, DBS Update service, and be able to complete

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience caring for children with disabilities.
• Basic Life Support and practical Moving & Handling training.
• DBS on the Update Service.
• Two satisfactory professional references.
• Proof of UK right to work.
• Ability to complete compliance checks within the next few days.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 3‑year‑old child with complex care needs in their home.
• Support daily routines and ensure safety and well‑being.
• Follow the child’s care plan and coordinate with the family and care team.

Essential Requirements

• Basic Life Support and practical Moving & Handling training
• DBS on the Update Service
• Two satisfactory professional references
• Proof of UK right to work
• Ability to complete compliance checks within the next few days
