Job summary

Airmid Staffing Ltd is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to support a 14-year-old child with complex care needs at home in Broadstairs. This role offers night shifts (22:00–07:00) with weekly pay and PAYE or umbrella options.

Airmid Staffing is looking for experienced, compassionate paediatric care workers to support a lovely 14-year-old child with complex care needs in their own home.

Relevant Experience

Experience in any of the following is desirable:

• PEG feeding and gastrostomy care
• Personal care and medication administration
• Insulin pumps and Type 1 diabetes
• Oxygen saturation monitoring and oxygen administration
• Seizure management
• Developmental delays

Essential Requirements

• At least 6 months' experience caring for children with disabilities
• Basic Life Support and practical Moving & Handling training
• DBS on the Update Service
• Two satisfactory professional references
• Proof of UK right to work
• Ability to complete compliance checks within the next few days
