Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate care professional to join our Complex Care team in Catford, Lewisham. The role involves supporting a child with complex clinical needs, providing personal care, and assisting with medications while ensuring safety and well-being.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, receive full training and DBS clearance funded by us, and have opportunities for progression within the CCH group. No prior experience is required for the induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential for this position.
• Ability to safely manage tracheostomy care and changes.
• Proficient in monitoring bowel function and administering medications.

Responsibilities

• Support the child's daily wellbeing and personal care.
• Assist with medication administration and monitor the tracheostomy.
• Perform general domestic duties and ensure a safe living environment.

What you'll do

The client is a child who has a multitude of complex clinical needs. On your day-to-day we're looking for a kind and compassionate carer to join our existing team in supporting the child's overall well being.

We require you to support them with their personal care, support with medication administration, monitor and management of their tracheostomy and general domestic duties.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following:

• Tracheostomy Management (Inclusive of changes)
• Bowel Monitoring
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
