Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support our client at home in Leighton Buzzard. You will help manage medical and social needs in a caring, patient-centered manner.

The role includes tracheostomy care, ventilator support, daily living tasks, and accompanying the client to appointments. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the client's car.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Complex Care Assistant to support our client in their home in Leighton Buzzard. This is a fulfilling role where you will support our client'smedical and social well-being. Our client has pet cats, loves gardening and loves chatting with her carers. We are looking for someonewho values building strong relationships and providing high-quality and attentive care.

The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting her independence and enhancing her quality of life.

Qualifications

What you'll need

You do not need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full Nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, catheter care - and much more.

A full UK driving licence is required in this role in order to drive the clients car to appointments and days out.
