CCH is seeking compassionate professionals to join our Complex Care team in Hoo. The role involves caring for individuals with multiple complex needs, managing PEG feeds, providing oxygen therapy, and supporting personal care and repositioning using appropriate equipment.

Strong communication and empathy are essential to engage with patients and reading non-verbal cues. Full training and progression opportunities within the organisation are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential for this position.
• PEG Feeding (Mickey Button) experience is needed.
• Non-Invasive Ventilation experience is required.
• Medication Administration experience is required.
• Moving & Handling equipment familiarity is expected.

Job Description

What you'll do

This challenging but rewarding role is for a child who has multiple complex care and clinical needs. On your day-to-day you will be required to complete the following tasks:

• PEG Feed Management & Medication Administration via PEG
• Oxygen Therapy
• Support with Personal Care & Repositioning Using Appropriate Equipment
• Providing Emotional Reassurance & Engagement With Strong Communication Skills, Reading Non-Verbal Social Cues.
