Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant young girl at school and in her family home. She lives with her parents, sister, and their dog, and is sociable, resilient, and full of life.

With full training provided, you’ll gain specialist skills in tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, making a real difference in daily life. Previous experience is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in tracheostomy care is desirable.
• Experience in intermittent catheter care, PEG feeding, suction, cough assist, sensory loss, and bladder and bowel care would also be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support a vibrant young girl at school and in her family home.
• Build specialist skills in areas like tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more.
• Deliver care to maintain the client’s independence, dignity, and self-worth.

Pay Rate:£14.00 per hour

Shifts Available:08:00 - 16:00 Monday – Friday term time only , Weekends throughout the year

Described by her family as a “cheeky diva” with an infectious personality, she is sociable, determined, resilient, and full of life. She enjoys spending time with her sister, using her tablet, listening to music, and watching her favourite shows - especially Mr. Tumble.

With full training provided, you’ll have the chance to build specialist skills in areas like tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, all while making a genuine difference in her daily life.
