Position Description

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Compensation Consultant with a transformational mindset to join our Total Rewards team.

In this role, you will support strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and governance of compensation programs across Europe and Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA & APAC Compensation, you will provide analytical and consultative support to ensure all programs align with corporate objectives, attract, reward, and retain talent, and comply with local legal and regulatory requirements. This highly analytical and collaborative position involves providing critical data analysis and recommendations to business groups, HR, and other teams supporting our core compensation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in compensation-related HR processes, leveraging data to analyze trends, improve processes, and drive enhancements.
  • Provide data analysis and support for designing and implementing compliant, locally relevant compensation programs.
  • Support regional compensation strategies aligned with global objectives, motivating performance and attracting talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Assist with UK and European regulatory reporting and updates to regional Compensation Committees and the Board.
  • Support core compensation processes, including job architecture, structure design, merit and incentive planning, market analysis, and governance of variable pay programs.
  • Contribute to cyclical exercises such as job matching, budget forecasting, and annual pay reviews.
  • Partner with business leaders to manage compensation expenses and oversee position management within budgets.
  • Propose compensation packages for new hires and support year-end compensation decisions.
  • Enhance communication and education programs related to compensation to improve employee understanding.
  • Analyze and resolve compensation issues, monitor market trends, and recommend policy revisions as needed.
  • Provide analytics and support for core compensation processes and maintain internal tools.
  • Participate in year-end compensation system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Support administration of reward programs like LTIP, ESPP, EDCP, and Equity Plans, managing related systems such as EWM, EquatePlus, BSI, and Shareworks.
  • Liaise with Finance, HR, and external partners to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Assist with special projects and detailed analyses as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in compensation, preferably in Financial Services or Asset Management.
  • Experience supporting or managing year-end compensation processes is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of UK and European regulatory regimes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, process execution, and change management skills in a global environment.
  • Experience with Workday and/or beqom preferred.
  • Vendor management experience is advantageous.
