Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the annual pay reviews. The role requires strong data analysis, Excel expertise and hands-on involvement with reward processes. Location is Bardon Hill with a 4-day office and 1 day WFH, offering a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities include leading pay reviews, reporting, calculations, salary benchmarking and annual bonus reviews. Competitive daily rate and onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum working in reward or compensation & benefits.
• Advanced level of Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Ability to complete data analysis and present findings.
• Willing to take a hands-on role.
• Knowledge of KornFerry Hay job evaluation & benchmarking is desirable.

If the answer is “Yes”, then Holcim are looking for someone like you to join as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, to lead their annual pay reviews.

Role - Compensation & Benefits Manager

Pay - £230 - £270 Per day

Location- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD (4 days in the office, 1 WFH)

Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break daily)

Duration- 3 months

Start date - Nov

• Ongoing checks and uploads of reports
• Check & Prepare calculations
• Salary bench marking
• Lead annual bonus reviews

Experience needed

• 5 years minimum working in reward or compensation & benefits
• Someone who is willing to play a hands on role
• Advanced level of Excel skills (Looks up, pivot tables)
• Ability to complete data analysis & present findings
• Working knowledge of KornFerry Hay job evaluation & bench marking (desirable)
