First Blue Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for residential care services. You will partner with Directors and Operations Managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Successful candidates will have strong communication, data analytics, and knowledge of employment law, with experience in regulated settings such as Ofsted and KCSIE.

Competenze

• Experience in regulated settings (Ofsted) and knowledge of KCSIE or Working Together to Safeguard Children.
• Administrative experience handling recruitment tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Leading and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
