Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with severe learning disabilities, severe autism, epilepsy, mobility needs and complex support needs.
• Involves personal care and medication administration.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, cooking and household tasks.
• Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support.
• Help people build independence, friendships and new skills.
• Join in with activities, hobbies and community events.
