Job summary

Creative Support in Hyde is seeking warm and compassionate Support Workers to empower three individuals with learning or physical disabilities. The role focuses on independence, daily living skills, and healthy routines in a dedicated Intensive Support Service.

We offer full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a flexible rota including weekends and public holidays. Training starts immediately, with access to courses and progression toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided to start in care.
• Includes opportunity to earn QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care through the training system.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to regain independence and build daily living skills.
• Help participants participate in community activities and routines.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to people with learning or physical disabilities.
